  • You may form your own ACT group and it will be limited to the students you choose.

  • 15 hours of instruction (5 three-hour lessons) for groups.

  • Lessons available 7 days a week.

  • Authors of : Barron's ACT
  •                     NJL's    The Ultimate ACT

                      Arco's   ACT

WHAT IS THE ACT?

           The ACT consists of:          English
                                                    Mathematics
                                                    Reading
                                                    Science
                                                    Essay (Optional)
        Total Time:  3 1/2 hours

HOW IS THE ACT SCORED?

        Scores:   1-36 for each section
based on the number of questions that are correctly answered

        Essay:    2-12

Composite Score (Total): 1-36 based on a simple average of your 4 scores

WHY TAKE THE ACT?

  • It tests more "school-based" knowledge, information that is more familiar to many students.

  • There is NO penalty for guessing.

  • Every question has 4 (not 5) choices so your odds of guessing correctly are improved.
